In the midst of the everyday, it is easy to lose sight of some very important ‘things.’ As municipal professionals, we strive to remember everything, but that isn’t always possible. This workshop will share facts, philosophies and best practices from a panel of your colleagues with a wide variety of backgrounds, experience, tenure and population size. The goal of the workshop is to assist with issues that face all who work in a clerk’s role and seeks to give some reassurance to everyone who gets busy with work and needs some gentle reminders to help put our careers in perspective when perspective is hard to find. While this webinar was designed with a clerk in mind, please plan to attend even if your position isn’t the clerk – you might learn some valuable insights into that role!
