Register today for the 2025 IIMC Region III Conference. The event will be held on January 8-10, 2025, at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando.

NOTE: The Region III Conference is being held in conjunction with the FACC Make-Up Mini Fall Academy (MMFA). The MMFA is being held specifically for Florida Clerks who were unable to attend the 2024 FACC Fall Academy due to Hurricane Milton. The advance deadline to register for the MMFA is November 22, 2024. After this date, registration will open for anyone regardless of location, based on availability.

The MMFA will be held January 6-7, 2025, before the start of Region III, but separate registration is required for each event. If you would like to register for the MMFA, click here.

Hotel Information
Both the Region III Conference and the MMFA will be held at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center, located at 1500 Sand Lake Road in Orlando. The group rate is $179/night, plus a reduced $10/night service charge. Self-parking is complimentary. Complete reservation instructions will be sent with your registration confirmation. If you will be attending both the Region III Conference and the MMFA, please factor that into the dates of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to Meredith Montgomery by 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 13 to receive a refund of registration fees, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued until after the conference and no refunds will be issued for early departure. Substitutions may be made at any time with advance notice.
