Managing a cemetery involves far more than maintaining grounds. It requires balancing legal requirements, records management, customer service, financial stewardship, and long-term planning. This webinar will provide Florida local government professionals with an overview of cemetery management best practices, including burial records, plot sales, maintenance standards, regulatory considerations, fee structures, preservation of historical information, and public engagement. Participants will gain practical insights and resources to help ensure their cemetery operations remain organized, compliant, and respectful of the communities they serve.
